Wedding in a Ligurian village
Francesco and Anna decided to get married at the most evocative time of the year: this is how their winter wedding in Liguria came to life a few days before Christmas!
The backdrop to this magical event was a characteristic Ligurian village and, to be specific, a romantic church that was set up for the occasion with winter elements: lanterns and glass vases containing candles of various sizes were placed on top of wooden logs; to guide the bride down the aisle, no runway but a fluffy carpet formed by hundreds of real rose petals laid just before the bride's arrival.
The reception was held in a nearby restaurant, where everything was tinged with white and silver. A romantic and charming atmosphere welcomed the guests, with warm mulled wine and the crackling of the fireplace. The menu, 50% Ligurian in honor of the bride and 50% Apulian in honor of the groom, delighted guests as well as connected two different lands. The cake was served outside in the winter garden, where guests found warm plaids at their disposal.
